WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

For prepaid orders we deliver to all pin codes that india post can reach, for COD we deliver to limited pincodes that our COD delivery partner supports. Please enter your pincode on the product page to check COD availability for your pincode(you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday.There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

HOW SOON YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Once the order is confirmed we take about 24 to 48 hours to ship your order.

HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

ARE IN-TRANSIT PRODUCTS INSURED?

All In-transit items are insured. If you feel item is damaged on opening, we would request you to not accept the item or report back to us immediately by contacting Stylebaby Customer Service on 080-3301-3002

CAN I MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In the event an order has been delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered, we will inform you via email. Our courier partner will hold the package for 3 days, and you may contact Stylebaby customer service or our courier partner to arrange for redelivery. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
